This eliminates the need for separate Voice & Multimedia and Collaboration clients while preserving the rich applications integration that Notes and Sametime provides. Working as fully integrated IP Telephone and Soft Clients at the desktop, it also provides a rich set of remote working features by extending A2 voice capability to the user through their GENCom Client when working at home or on the road.
